The Thomas Marcus Huser Fieldwork Fund has been set up in memory of Thomas Marcus Huser (1972-2010), a Norwegian researcher deeply interested in Scottish place-names. The fund will contribute up to £100 towards fieldwork-related costs; postgraduate students/early-career researchers working in the field of Scottish place names are eligible to apply. The deadline for applications is 31 March 2015, with successful applicants being notified in May 2015.
