Solution 1: Enable TLS 1.2 Security Protocol If Available
To do so, follow the given instructions:

First, open Internet Explorer and ensure that the latest version is installed
Now, go to the upper-right section of the browser’s window and then tap on the “Gear” icon which is the Settings button
After that, go to the Internet Options and tap the “Advanced” tab
In the security section, scroll down until you find Use TLS 1.0, Use TLS 1.1 or Use TLS 1.2
Now, un-check the option “Use TLS 1.0 and give a tick mark on Use TLS 1.2
After that, click on “Apply” and then hit “OK”
Now, close all the open programs and restart your computer
If the same error code still persists, proceed to the next solution.

Solution 2: Create a New Test Company File
